I love it. I love it. I love it. I absolutely looooove having my camera back in my hands. I loooooved spending 2 hours in the darkroom tonight. I'm so anxious to take more pictures and spend the afternoon in the darkroom. I love seeing my vision captured on paper. I love when I pull the film off the reel and see all of the images on the negatives. I love when I put the paper in the developer and see the image slowly appear on the paper. I love looking at all the different shades and all the details on the image. I feel at home.
I had two rolls of film come out tonight and I'm so excited to spend some time in the darkroom in the coming days making prints.
On a sidenote--I've also become very interested in baking in recent days. I really want to try making my own jam/jelly too. Is that weird? I suppose the time I spent with my grandma when I was younger rubbed off on me.
