Shadow Feet

I can't get over how much I love this song. We discussed Psalm 56 tonight at small group and I was reminded of this song. In this Psalm David is telling God that even though he feels persecuted by man, he will continue to trust the Lord because he knows that with the Lord on his side he cannot be destroyed. In Psalm 56:13 David writes, "For you have delivered me from death and my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before God in the light of life." After reading that verse I was quickly reminded of this song and thought about how even though I stumble daily, God provides light and direction. I can rest my hope in him alone.
